Module 1: Introduction to Spiritual Leadership I & II
Leadership is by God's design and so this module is structured to help the participants in understanding leadership in general, spiritual leadership, and the difference. Additionally, participants will work to better understand how our spiritual leadership is to be used to govern the people and glorify God in the process. This module explores the differences in leadership approach, understanding your role as a spiritual leader, the characteristics of spiritual leadership, and strategies for plotting the life-long journey of spiritual leadership.

Module 2: Developing a Leader's Heart
The call for us to lead is evident from the very beginning when God designed that we would have authority and take dominion over all the earth. In order to do so, those of us who are called to leadership must first understand what that means and how we begin the journey of leading from the heart. Our self evaluation as we journey through this module will help in our efforts to first develop a heart after God and then a heart after His people.

Module 3: Principles of Leadership
No man can say whose ministry is successful or not because the Word
of God teaches us in I Corinthians 4:5 "Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men's hearts; and then each man's praise will come to him from God." However, the principles of ministry offered by Warren and David Wiersbe, is a thorough way of setting the stage. While these principles point specifically to ministry work, this module with show how they also strategically apply to leadership in any arena. Our use of these principles for training in spiritual leadership development allows us to establish a standard of leading that is biblically-rooted, principally-centered, and fueled by the urging of the Holy Spirit as we learn to lead and serve the community at large.

Module 4: Managing Change in Ministry
Niccolo Machiavelli once said "There is no more delicate matter to take in hand, nor more dangerous to conduct, nor more doubtful in its success, than to be a leader in the introduction of change." Change is inevitable in every aspect of work, especially the work of God. To help facilitate the adoption of change,it is every leader's responsibility to define the expectations, accountabilities and responsibilities according to the authority of God. Most importantly, it is the leader's responsibility to lead by example in the execution of the change in order for change to be effective. This module is designed to help one better understand and uncover practices that help in managing the human side of change while glorifying God.

Module 5: Navigating Your Spiritual Leadership Growth
The word of God teaches that we are to be “Salt and Light” to this dying world. But what does this really mean? How should one conduct themselves in order to be salt and light? Well this workshop is designed to help you begin incorporating Christian prinicples into your everyday living. Of course, the “becoming one” is a process that takes years of learning, growing, mistake making, and maturing. Each successful marriage has its own uniqueness, yet every marriage struggles at some point as each partner works to establish his or hers worth and value in the marriage. The Alchemy of Marriage is a workshop designed to take married couples through a process of understanding marriage as God so designed and strategies for learning how each partner can give to the marriage according to their God-given gifts and talents. Whether you are experiencing 20+ years of marriage or 2 months, this workshop is an excellent tool in helping to ensure continued success in your marriage.

Module 7: Making Your Work Your Ministry
“If a man don’t work, he don’t eat.” This is a commonly known verse of Scripure to many, yet it is not always understood in its entirety. Does this Scripture mean I have to work forever? Does it mean I have to always be industrious? These and other questions are explored in this workshop as we journey through Scripture to understand the concept of work, why we work, who we work for, and when the work ends. This workshop is a fun experience that opens the participants’ mind to a new way of thinking and embracing work.

Module 8: Interruptions from God
When was the last time God interrupted you? Not sure…or maybe you didn’t know it was Him. Nevertheless, no need to fret! This workshop takes you through a model in Scripture that helps you to know if and when God is intervening in your life throughout the day. Find out how to discover if God is riding in your car, knocking at your door, whispering in your ear, or just shouting over your voice.
